As a philanthropy journalist for Inside Philanthropy, Ade has profiled major donors across Wall Street, Silicon Valley, Hollywood and sports, including Craigslist Founder Craig Newmark, Wall Street billionaires Leon Cooperman and Robert F. Smith, NBA power couple Stephen and Ayesha Curry, actress Selena Gomez, and Susan Disney. Ade has also been working on a series of profiles about the many forms of family philanthropy in partnership with National Center for Family Philanthropy (NCFP) and co-authored a white paper on the state of athlete and celebrity giving. A selection of his writing is featured in a new Inside Philanthropy anthology, now out on Amazon and Kindle.

He covered a 2024 Grammy Weekend event for GRAMMY.com. He is an approved Rotten Tomatoes Tomatometer Critic through his blog.
